Breastfeeding + skincare

Hi, any recommendations for skin care that is breastfeeding safe? Organic, natural.

I’ve just used my usual skincare all through pregnancy and breastfeeding (I’m still breastfeeding my 2.5 year old). I think the only thing you maybe shouldn’t use is retinol which I don’t use anyway

LBB2020 There are loads of chemicals it's advisable to avoid I'm surprised more women don't educate themselves on it.

I liked face theory.

I did read up and everything I read said there is no evidence and it’s unlikely skincare will be absorbed in breast milk. I’ve never used retinols/vitamin A but all my usual skincare has been fine

@Isthisexpected what did you use? Some products say do not use if breastfeeding.
