I've been using Essence Bye Bye Panda eye mascara for a while, only £1.75 and is amazing, goes on really well, makes my lashes thick and long, and actually does what it says on the tube, no panda eyes! Went to Wilkos today and they no longer sell it. After a bit of googling looks like it's been discontinued in the UK. Any recommendations for a good mascara that ticks the above boxes please?

Maybelline Lash Sensation. It's all I will use these days. And yesterday my (male) boss asked me had I had fake lashes done 🤔

Is it a tubing mascara? I love the way the essence one doesn't smudge or flake, but comes off really easily with water, without leaving anything behind.

IT cosmetics in the pink tube- doesn't smudge but wipes off with a cloth & warm water. For longer lasting Urban Decay Perversion. Waterproof- it will not budge

Nope not a tubing one. Mine has never smudged or ran, and I run/exercise everyday with it one

No.7 do a tubing one, it's not thickening more lengthening, so it's not a dramatic false lash look if that's your preference. Doesn't clump. I'm still on the look out for a holy grail tubing mascara though too! Didn't really rate the spendy ones ( have tried Kevyn Aucoin and Hourglass)

Hi all

i am in desperate need of help!

i have been using mascaras for YEARS (15years). Same brand
suddenly I have become allergic to them all. Eyes swollen, itch, little spots, watery. At it’s worse I can’t even open my eyes fully when it’s swollen.

tired a clean new mascara (my usual one), after googling tried clarins, then Clinique + primer, all failed so went for less known brand le Roche posay. same story.

it’s really getting me down. I use to wear mascara every day. Any CLEAN mascaras out there? (All the hypoallergenic or sensitive ones seem to cause the same issue) .

or how has anyone found out what they are actually allergic to? They have so many ingredients it’s almost impossible to compare

Hi @Mumtomumhelp start a new thread on the style and beauty boards to get better responses. Tubing mascara ( recommended here ) is generally for people whose eyes water constantly so this thread may not be the answer for your allergy issues. Sorry I can't help further.

I just bought this one in Spain when I couldn't find my regular essence mascara. I love it. It's waterproof but I think it comes in non waterproof too

Panda eyes is available on eBay but the prices are silly

I no longer use it as I've switched to brown mascara and sadly it only seems to come in black but the Primark one in the gold tube was my go to before. I think it's called '3D Lash Effect' or something alone those lines. About £2.50 and a real gem. I never found it to smudge or flake off at all.

Best one I've used and I'm happy to pay for premium makeup brands if I prefer that product.
