Primer?

I'd like a lightweight primer that will just make my skin look better without being too make up-y. I just want to smooth out my skin, minimise pores and lines. Don't need colour as such. Grateful for any suggestions! I've never used one before

I really like the YSL Touche Éclat Blur Primer for this. No colour at all, goes on smoothly and just kind of 'blurs' the lines a bit.

Benefit Porefessional (as the name suggests) is good for minimising pores but not sure about lines. If not wearing makeup, I like Clarins beauty flash balm.

The Elf ones are really good

I like Avon primer. Matte, Illuminating or another one. I wear it with no foundation, just blusher.

Charlotte tilbury SPF 50 primer - does all of that with the bonus of SPF! Expensive but worth it imo 😊

I'm going to nip into town and have a look at these this afternoon, thank you!

Boots No 7 Airbrush Away primers are great. I use the pore minimiser one. DD uses the “basic” one. They are brilliant.

I've seen a thread on here about primers (from 2021). Posters mentioning Estée Lauder the illuminatior. Is it discontinued?
