Hair loss / regrowth

Hi all
I am looking for advice on products to help with hair loss / regrowth... my hair is very thin and I feel very self conscious of it.

Has anyone tried champo's pitta serum (without the shampoo and conditioner - I use the pink aveda ones of those and they keep the hair I have nicely)? What are your experiences? Do you have any other products to genuinely recommend that are cheaper as it is a lot of money to spend on something that has to be used daily.

Nioxin Sandalor acts on the hair follicles so that they hold on to hair for longer and thus prevent shedding. I used less than 2 bottles with daily spray application and my hair has stopped shedding. I have also found new growth at temples where it was bare and can also see new hair sticking up on the top of my head. It’s about £30 (disclaimer I got mine free) but lasts about 6 weeks.
Last week I started using biotin capsules.
