Very poor customer service.
I have 3 pairs of trousers all of them lovely & I’ve just had a worn a new pair that are much shorter than the others and too short for me.
They are not interested in replacement or refund because labels removed.
Please don’t make the mistake of assuming the brand offers continuity or a high level of customer service.
High prices on the other hand are a constant.

Never heard of them. Where does one find them?

WhoopItUp · 01/02/2023 20:08

I think their clothes are fab and I’ve never had a problem with their customer service. How many shops would return clothes once the labels are removed? None I’ve ever been to….

I would assume that I would have to keep any clothes once I'd taken the labels off. Do any brands take returns once you've done that?

Outtasteamandluck · 01/02/2023 20:42

Why are the labels off ?

BHRK · 01/02/2023 21:09

You’ve taken the labels off!

Nolosomi · 01/02/2023 22:22

Measure the length and if it differs from the description on the web page you should get a refund whether tags are on or not. I guess you assumed they would be the same as you have the same pairs already and just put them on for the first time having taken tags off. I wouldn’t let it go personally if the length differs from the official item description.

You’re supposed to try them on before taking the labels off
