Hi All,
Recently had tear trough filler for the first time in December. V reputable doctor. Needed top up went back 5/6 weeks ago. Issue is it's not quite right yet. Not looking for perfection, understand having natural asymmetry but....one side fuller than the other, i.e my 'bad tear trough' where he put more and a tiny dot top of cheek but the other side looks like it needs a little balancing to match it. For reference he used Teosyall, not quite 1 ml first apt and not quite 1 ml second (I wouldn't want more than 2mls overall but thinking the difference of what would make it up to that would be all that's needed or even less).
Have other people found they have needed more than one tweak with filler?
Nice doctor, v experienced but slightly knocking my confidence that another 'tweak' needed when I see all these people online that it seems to be a 'one and done' apt! Clinic doesn't offer follow-ups as a matter of course, no issue booking in for an appointment but if a review was offered automatically I'd be feeling less awkward. Getting filler was a big decision, don't want anymore than absolutely necessary but also want to love it!
Thanks
