Lip plumping gloss

My old sunken lips look awesome with a bit of lip plumping gloss on them. It's very effective on me, and give me back the lips I had when I was 20!
If I use it regularly will it lose its effectiveness? Will my body become accustomed to the mild allergic reaction??

Hi OP I did a thread the other day asking for plumping gloss recommendations but got no reply. Can you share which one you are using?

The best one I use is a matt, waxy one called project lip. It tingles like noting else, especially in the cold weather, but it gives me a serious pout! I have fairly wrinkled skin on my lips, and it inflates them.
I also use a cheap Soap and Glory gloss called sexy mother pucker, which works well on me.

Thank you!

@Thingsthatgo
I really rate the Soap and Glory one and I use it everyday (sexy mother pucker). I am old and have always had thin lips, and I have used this for ages. It still works on me so my body hasn't become immune!

Thanks to your recommendation I've just ordered from Project Lip (I hadn't heard of them). Excited to find out what it's like!

The best thing I've found for lips is Niod lip bio lipid concentrate. You need to consistently apply it at night time and you get noticeably plumped lips. It's expensive but I only get through a bottle a year so it's worth it.

I've just looked at project lip, is it the primer, the colour or the gloss? They seem to have a lot of different types, which one should I go for?

I brave too faced lip injection. It's slightly painful but it is worth it. I don't know if it's that I'm used to it r it stings less but it's nowhere near as bad as it was when it was new.

@Roguebludger I use the primer. It's quite an experience!
