I ordered some clothes for DC from Frugi several weeks ago but my order never materialised. I've tried calling and emailing but there's no answer (a quick look at their FB page reveals I'm not the only one). Does anyone know what's going on? And is there any way I'll be able to get my money back? They seem to be advertising a new collection so they obviously still have people working for them somewhere!
