Help me feel myself again

I'm 35 weeks pregnant and I just feel gross and run down. I cut my hair to my shoulders from super long and it looks awful. I'm so pale I look ill. I can't wear any of my nice normal clothes. I just generally feel like crap and don't have the energy to even put on make up most days. Can anyone recommend anything to help me feel better after I give birth? I feel I look so much better and healthier with a tan but fake tan always looks awful on me and still some time to summer yet. Any good tinted moisturiser that will actually give me colour?

Buy tan luxe drops and add 1 or 2 drops to your moisturiser. It is fake tan but try it.
Liquid blusher to add colour.
Mascara if you can be bothered.

Buy some thick black leggings now, and a couple tops/ oversized jumpers as you will be able to wear these after the birth.
Look at BethBartram on Instagram for legging ideas.

Buy a couple new things straight after birth as you will take a little while to get back into your clothes. Don't walk around feeling rubbish whilst you shrink. I had to do this twice. I bought a couple pairs of jeans and a few tops in H and M. Stick the baby in a buggy and actually try things on so you don’t have the hassle of returning things.

If you need nursing bras Hot Milk are pretty not frumpy.
