Scar reduction cream

Can anyone recommend a cream to help reduce scarring following an injury? It was a nasty cut on the side of the forehead so anything to help it fade now its healing would be great.

I’ve used re-gen cream around £6 on Amazon it’s worked really well

I was told to apply pure vitamin e oil and silicon gel by hospital dermatology following my child's facial surgery.

You can also get silicon patches I believe
