Nice polo necks

Has anyone bought a nice polo neck that washes well recently? I need them for work to wear trousers and a smart jacket or coat.
They're either all thin and cheap or cashmere and I have a moth issue. I can't find anything nice. I haven't tried M&S yet though.

I don't wear them, but would look at seasalt landing top for a roll neck, and lands end for polos.
For wool go for wool-blend to avoid the moths and try House of Bruar and Woolovers

Benetton is good for this - I have a jersey polo neck from there but they do merino too. Loads of colours!

M&s or Uniqlo. I mainly get mine from h&m and they are fine too
