Back to work - practical but stylish bag recommendations please!

I'm returning to the world of work following mat leave - will be a mix of office based and WFH, so need a bag that will hold a laptop, notepad, pens, purse, phone, keys, hand cream, lip balm... Looking for something practical but stylish (as the title suggests) but no idea where to start so ideas welcomed! Open to a shoulder bag or backpack.

Budget up to around £250 but do love a bargain 🙃

I got an osprey bag over Black Friday weekend. It went half price from £200 down to £100, then an extra £20 off. They do have good sales throughout the year too. Mine is just too small for a laptop, but they did have more work sized ones if you have a browse.
