Menopausal rosacea

does anyone have any recommendations for a cleanser for menopausal rosacea please? Skin has always been sensitive but just recently become much worse (and sore) 😫

I'm using skin and me Rosacae treatment. It's really helping. I'm using sebamed cleanser, but skin and me do one too.

I use Clinique cleansing oil at night to remove make up & Cerave wash off cleansing oil in the morning. I find them both soothing & non-irritating but they don't anything to help the rosacea sadly.

I find anything oat based really soothing. I really like the Inkey List Oat Balm cleanser for a first cleanse and the Aveeno calm and restore oat cleaner for second cleanse.

I have this. I use Dove soap bar for cleansing and then have a metronidazole gel each evening.
