Had my hair done, they messed it up, applied another toner on top and now I'm left with something completely different to what i asked for. Front is a lot lighter than the back. What can I do to fix this? Want to go a brownish/chocolaty colour, attached a pic of what it looks like at the front, back is darker.
Would applying a brown toner over the top help rectify the situation? If so any recommendations on which is best? Preferably not a permanent so if it goes horribly wrong it can be washed out. Thanks

You have to make them fix it for you

Call the salon and ask them to fix it. I've done this twice with different hairdressers when I wasn't 100% happy. As long as you are polite they should be fine about it.

The salon are claiming they have done exactly what I asked for and at the time were b*tching about me at the back so don't really want to go back there. I was also polite about it. Should add they charged me an extra £15 as well because of the other toner they applied. They'd just charge me it to be fixed and I don't want to spend more than I already have on this
