Silver necklace - £100 budget!

I am after inspiration for a gift for a very dear friends significant birthday.

She only wears silver, delicate jewellery, isn’t bothered by designers or brand names but would love a new necklace for her birthday.

My budget is £100 - ideally nothing over this.

Can anyone recommend any good designers that suit these requirements! Thank you
