Can turtlenecks be slimming on plus size women (I'm a size 20, 5'5, long body, short legs, apple shape). Also would turtlenecks be good for February weather in London (visiting there soon for work and thinking of something warm and smart to wear under a blazer maybe).

I think of you have a very large bust they can highlight that, but otherwise it's all about the overall outfit and things fitting well.
Deffo the sorry of thing to be wearing in February ,but it depends how warm any buildings you will be in are as to whether you'll take a jacket off or not.
