That was my first thought. Aren't they American though? They wouldn't have the weight in KGs.

Where did you buy it from? I've seen Target stuff in TK Maxx before now. It occasionally turns up in the charity shop I work at too, presumably from NY shopping sprees and Florida/Vegas holidays.
