Make up overhaul

Hello!

I am in a total rut with make up and at 45 feel like I don’t even know how to use it properly!

I use bare minerals pressed powder foundation and a bit of bronzer, mascara and a bit of lip balm!

I would like to visit a make up counter for advice and recommendations but not sure which one! I don’t want anything too heavy or unnatural but happy for pay for a few decent items.

Where is good for a clueless 45 year old these days that won’t make me look ridiculous!!

Probably Bobbi Brown would be your best bet, or Laura Mercier.

Charlotte Tilbury and MAC tend to push for heavier, more glam looks.

I would suggest YouTube tutorials as well to help freshen up your routine. I really rate Alexandra Anele as she's very straightforward but she does chat a lot! Lisa Eldridge is the gold standard of easy to follow, well filmed make up application.
