I'm starting a new job and will be back in the office 2 days a week after being permanently WFH since the pandemic. The guidance on dress code is 'dress for your day'. They say as adults we trust your judgment on what's appropriate to wear for your day.
So business wear on days with client meetings, but the rest of the time? What do people wear for a standard day in the office these days? My (male) friend who works there wears jeans but I want to make a good impression while I'm on probation at least.
