Scabs on scalp- will hairdresser dye hair?

I have a few small scabs on my scalp which is definitely not lice- I've checked extensively and several times and it's not that. I have a hair dye appointment at the weekend but I'm worried that the hairdresser won't do it if they see the scabs- they're small and there's about 5 of them. Has anyone else been in this position before? TIA.

I've had eczema at the front of my scalp in the past that's left a small scab, never had an issue getting my hair done.

Yep same as PP. The comb action might hurt a bit though, and the dye sting a bit more.
