I did. A toy for my niece. Arrived but box was crushed as only sent in plastic wrapping.

I bought a dress. Its ok but cheap fabric and not as floaty and nice as the picture. I haven't worn it.

Yes, it was absolute garbage that bore only a passing resemblance to the item shown on the website. It was effectively impossible to navigate the returns system. To be avoided at all costs.

I've bought a wedding hat from them which was absolutely lovely and I have another on order at the moment. Fingers crossed the first one wasn't a fluke!

It's cheap knock off tat from china. They also steal photos and designs off designers and 're produce' them in terrible terrible quality. Avoid like the plague.

Yes, I've bought some very good dance costumes on there. Great quality. Took a good few months to arrive though.
