Do Finery sizes run large?

It's my first time ordering from them, I've ordered a dress and it's arrived and looks OK in terms of quality, but seems pretty big on me. It's a 12. I've been losing a little weight recently so I'm almost thinking I should return it and get the 10 but that seems crazy as I'm not a 10 in any other stores.

I found they run one size larger, so if you are a 12 size down to a 10. It is not just the sizing but the styling and as they use the occasional pleat, dart, twist, etc., in their designs, they are more forgiving on a womanly shape (just my opinion).

Thanks, it seems a bit crazy to me. I'm quite tired of vanity sizing, especially when it comes to online ordering. I'm not a 10 at my current weight, it's pretty ridiculous.
