Has anyone seen a coat like this?

I tried this on but it’s too big in an XS ( even with a jumper and thermal layer)

has anyone seen one like it and that offers xs and xxs? I am not too fussed on whether it’s the same flecked kind of material, check or herringbone. Ideally I’d like some wool content.

Seriously you might get one from a shop that caters for the older market. Although she wears it well it does put me in mind of Ethel Austin :-)

@NashvilleQueen _I am going for a Parisian kind of look. I have something similar bought from a charity shop however it’s looking a bit worn( before I bought it) and was bought as a style experiment. It looks good with wide leg jeans I just want something a bit better in terms of quality.

Could you get someone to tailor/alter it to fit you? Not sure about costs if it means removing the lining though.

@GellerYeller I think that would cost a bit of money and I don’t want it to be too tailored. The XS one is about two sizes too big!

Ir is quite boxy and oversized , I'm wondering if people have sized down in this so the smaller sizes have gone ?

I wore something very similar in the mid 80s with black leggings ( well ski pants as leggings weren't around then) and laced boots , I looked Fab .

I tried a very similar mango blazer/jacket but similarly as a fellow petite it just looked like I was wearing someone else’s jacket. Following in case something suitable crops up here.

Is it a short double breasted coat (with wool) you're after OP, or another element of the one linked that you like? Any of these?
