Penhaligons perfume sale

I've had a lovely mumsnetter send me a coco chanel perfume to try. The sharing of this info doesn't quite equate to her generosity but anyone a lover of Penhaligons .....they have a sale on.

My mum loves Empressa (she never gets it because it's v pricey but currently in their sale section), so will get her one for mother's day. Still not cheap but 100ml EDP down from £199 to £129. Few other of their perfumes/candles etc included in sale too.

I bought DD some Pengaligon's Artemisia (her face) in their pre- Christmas sale. Got some freebies too- 4x5ml bottles. Their sales are excellent despite their rubbish website! (They have unboxed sales at various times of the year too)

The prices quoted via the link aren't actually the same once you put the items in your basket though? Is there a glitch?

I think, but they, can't remember, that discounts etc apply at checkout. It's a contender for the worst, most clunky, old-fashioned and illogical website ever- I definitely remember something being awry when I tried to order on my phone, but on the PC it worked.

Thanks for letting me know OP. I bought the Empressa 100ml unboxed. It's just arrived beautifully packaged and not unboxed at all. Absolutely delighted.
