Dyson ever on sale?

I would quite like to get their styler but it is pricy. Well, expensive. Really expensive. So I'm wondering whether you have ever seen it with a more or less reasonable discount? Do I need to wait for another Black Friday or no point?

I've never seen it on sale. I think someone on here mentioned they have see it slightly discounted on QVC on occasion but I bought mine full price a couple of years ago.

The airwrap is really good but takes a little time to get used to and I'd say the investment really depends on what you want to do with it and the type of hair you have.

Never seen it discounted. I see shark have brought out their version of it for cheaper though.

I think the Corrale (the straighteners) currently have £100 off on QVC so they must occasionally go on sale although I can't say I've ever seen the airwrap reduced.

I couldn't recommend it - especially for the money so I would suggest you only buy from somewhere you can return it after trying.

The other reason people buy it from QVC is the money back guarantee - you can try it and if it doesn't work for you it can be sent back for a refund.

Do you mean the supersonic? I've not seen it on sale but boots were doing £10 worth of pints for every £60 spent on electrical, so for the dyson £325, you would've got at least £50 back.

No. But sometimes you can get something for free. When I got the hairdryer there was an offer that you got the holder was free.

You can get them via their EBay Shop. They tend to be returns but i got one and it was brand new. They come with a 1yr guarantee. Mine was half the price of normal

I just cannot be bothered with anything complicated. It is the fact that it literally takes seconds to make it look decent that attracts me

Is yours hard to straighten or pretty easy?

I ask because when I travel I take a different product with me, and honestly it's pretty damn good and much cheaper. I do have to use the straighteners after using the dyson anyway.

That's me straightened and natural but with some effort put into (basically wash and dry with the curly method)

So I'd like smth for when I just need to look decent without rewashing my hair 😅 and also if I brush my hair it all goes bonkers. And I cannot make myself ditch the brush 😬

Ok so, I have pretty similar hair to you, a little bit thicker maybe. I love my Dyson airwrap as I use two attachments to get it straight then often also straighteners if I want it poker straight.

However when I travel I use the hotel dryer to part dry then my revlon hot brush.

The results are very similar but I'd say the dyson is better for my hair and less effort.

If you buy direct from Dyson the returns policy is much better than buying from QVC because you don't have to pay postage on them.

They don’t go on sale but you can get ‘refurbished’ ones direct from dyson. Basically ones that people have sent back within the 30 day trial. They are cleaned and everything properly and look as good as new but they are a bit cheaper. If you buy from dyson you can do a payment plan and pay over 12 months.

Read lots of reviews on both and honestly general consensus seems to be neither curls hold very well (airwrap and shark equivalent). But better for your hair I presume than straighteners because not as hot.
