I exfoliate, I am well moisturised, I used a good quality foundation, but I just went to the loo and looked in the mirror and its all patchy around my chin, am I just not blending enough in the morning?

Do you put your chin in your hands?

Possibly. That or you might need different moisturiser

I might need something a bit richer in winter and I have just been away so a bit dehydrated I think
Thank you

Do you apply with a buffer brush?

MakeMineALarge1 · 12/01/2023 17:56

yes

Maybe a change of foundation, I find most foundations go patchy on me apart from Double Wear.

MrsPelligrinoPetrichor · 12/01/2023 20:03

Do you powder afterwards?

It's a newish one, but it happens each time so it might not suit my skin

No.
I'll try that

I just bought no7 hydrating setting spray and it is a game changer!

statetrooperstacey · 12/01/2023 21:27

I’ve recently started using a primer and it’s made a real difference.

IveForgottenAgainFFS · 12/01/2023 23:45

I have this issue too. Primer, too much powder (baking) and then a setting spray to get rid of the powderyness does a fair job if you're doing full make up but is too much for daytime imo.
