What are you meant to use to clean your dermaroller?

What is everyone using to clean there dermaroller? I have just brought one and understand your meant to clean it before and after use.

Thanks do you know where I can get this from? Would I need to rinse in water before using on my skin again? Am I meant to leave it to soak in there? X

Should be able to get it at any pharmacy and it should evaporate off before you use it again. Don't think you'd need to rinse it.
