Are harem pants flattering?

In my head they could be... But shoes are confusing and my butt is bigger than I remember...

I bought some last year and I’ve not worn them. I’m a size 18 and they are definitely not flattering for me.

No, they are designed to be comfy lounge wear, not to flatter.

If you're slim, they are at best OK. If you have a podgy tum or chunky bum, they make you look like an inverted balloon. I am in the latter category and found this out the hard way when they were in in the early 90s.

I live in mine. Mini Uggs for winter harem pants, and sandals for the lighter summer ones. I've also seen people wear them with converse and it looks nice.

I feel the same way!… I’ve been eyeing up some lovely woollen ones but no idea what shoes I’d wear with them!

Some women look really nice in them but generally don't think they're very flattering. Jobby-catchers or hammer-pants we used to call them in the 80s/90s.

Hmm suspected as much... I just want the elasticated waist mainly. I need to get out of joggers but struggling to go back to jeans.

I think they are flattering on me, well I wear them multiple times a week. If they aren't I don't care. 😂

They are easy to wear. In winter with a long sleeve uniquo top and a jumper with boots. In summer with a crop top. I love them and they are like wearing a cloud.
