Has anyone bought anything from them? Is it worth the money? I’ve been lusting after almost everything on their site, especially the coats and jackets but they’re well out of my price range cries.

I’m just absolutely over high street brands and fast fashion.

The boots are very good Ugg substitutes, can’t comment on the clothing

I've not had a coat/jacket but have had boots, slipper boots and I have 5 of the geelong slouch neck jumpers.

All good quality. I have added different colours to my collection of the jumpers each year because I know they won't shrink or lose their shape like other brands I've had. I wear them to work most of the winter because my office can be quite cold.

Ive only ever bought one thing from them, largely because of the prices; a jumper. It was very scratchy, as you sometimes get with wool, but it was nice quality otherwise.

I have a lovely wool jumper from them . Not soft but not itchy either.

I did have my eye on the ugg dupes @VanCleefArpels . Hmm I might start small and order a fairisle jumper in their sale and see how I get on. A lot of their clothes have a sort of grown up Hermione Granger vibe which I love.

Have 2 pairs of boots and they are great!

I have a belong slouch sweater which I bought last season.
It’s lovely, but their sizes run really big. I have ordered other sweaters and knitted dresses and they have all gone back due to sizing.
I am a healthy looking size 10 at the moment ( I.e. not a stick insect)

I bought a pair of boots from them. Leaked horrendously and their view was very much that they were 'fashion boots' and I shouldn't expect them to not leak.

I believe they are the original Ugg company and then sold the rights on.
I have bought quite a few things from them and the quality is always great, good customer service too.

I heard they were bought by another company which has led to lower quality. I read that on here though so could be absolute bollocks

I have quite a lot of their knitwear and a pair of shortie boots. Several pairs of slippers too. All brilliant. I agree they can come up quite big, which is fine for me as I'm not especially small any more and I like things slouchy anyway. I'm wearing this one right now and it's really soft and cosy. It's a medium, but it's big on me and I'm a good size 12-14.

My favourites are the Donegal coatigans, but they are spendy, even more so now than when I bought mine.

I've bought plenty of jumpers and never had a problem , there was one jumper though where I thought the thread was too loose on receipt but didn't return it as I loved the style / colours . I could spend a fortune at Celtic

Re Celtic & Co. I buy a jumper from them about once a year and until now have never had cause for complaint. But this Christmas I paid £120 for a jumper for my wife. After wearing it three times the jumper looked old and shabby with pilling and wearing all over the jumper. When I complained they took a long time to get back. Then they told me it was natural. When I said that it had hardly been worn they eventually said send the jumper back and we'll review it. After two weeks nothing. When I chased them again and they said its natural wearing and they're going to return it. Frankly, they've been awful and the quality is shoddy. I'm never shopping with them again.
