Oxblood jacket - why didn’t they ask Evans

Just watched this on Brit box and LOVE Frankie’s jacket. Can only find the attached pic which isn’t that helpful. It nips in at the waist. Anyone any ideas where it’s from or what style it is? It’s set in the 1940s I think
