Invisalign in Nottinghamshire

Hi there. Has anyone in Nottinghamshire recently had Invisalign through a dentist or orthodontist and would you recommend where you went?

I’ve already gone ahead and had an Invisalign clin check at my regular dental surgery with a dentist who prescribes it there but I’m having doubts as to whether to go through the process with him. If anyone is able to recommend other dentists that would be great.

Helix House & The Campbell Clinic are both to be recommended. Both are in West Bridgford.

I am one of the Orthodontists at Helix House! Thanks for the recommendation @baffledmum.

Happy to help if I can - DM me @kkelly82

@YellowDots Thank you. Have you received teeth straightening here? Would you mind if I asked you a few further questions or sent you a PM to ask further about your experience of going here?

Have you looked at clear correct? It's the same as Invisalign but cheaper.

@catherinewales I have looked at clear correct. In fact that’s where I first started when looking into teeth straightening options. I saw a dentist who used this and said it would take 6-8 months in my case. I decided to go for a second opinion so had an Invisalign clin check through a different dentist and this said it would take 32 aligners (16 months. Most recently I visited an orthodontist who that it could take even longer than this and that I’d need a tooth extraction to make space and warned against the filing that the dentist who did the clin check said I’d need. To say I’m confused is an understatement!

That is very confusing. Maybe see if you can find someone who does both. Dentist would always try to save a tooth before taking any out.
