Need basic white bras in 28c

Can I heck find them. Plain as can be, non wired, white, for dd.

Doesn't help that we use the Boob or Bust method and shops just dont cater for proper sizes!

Oh, also, preferably doesn't break the bank.

I've tried
Amazon -0
Next (3 weeks delivery so I'll go there last resort)
Matalan - 0
Asda - 0
New Look - 0
Asos - 0

Also nowt on Boux Avenue either (though tbh I didn't expect them to have anything plain).

Curvy Kate do a 28 back but start at D cup…might be worth a shot as it’s only 1 cup size?

BernadetteRostankowskiWolowitz · 07/01/2023 17:15

Tried M and S too, no joy!

One left in 28c on that ebay link so I've bought it! Thanks.

Nude bras are better under white shirts btw

Antst · 07/01/2023 17:19

@BernadetteRostankowskiWolowitz, there's an M&S one at the Ebay link I add (top one above). The second link has a variety from all kinds of different places. Another place I didn't link to is Zalando. It's based in Germany, so shipping time is often about a week but it's a very reliable company with high quality and a good variety.

TheWomanTheyCallJayne · 07/01/2023 17:19

I got some about 5 years ago from Royce. The cups came up really small though so may be worth trying a 28D

Antst · 07/01/2023 17:20

@BernadetteRostankowskiWolowitz, just saw your update. Good, glad you found one! Drives me crazy that my size is so often out of stock everywhere!

dinmin · 07/01/2023 17:20

This one but currently out of stock
www.johnlewis.com/john-lewis-emily-non-wired-organic-cotton-balcony-bra/white/

But in some styles/brands 30B is likely to work too.

Sorry not quite the right link but search on JL!

TheWomanTheyCallJayne · 07/01/2023 17:21

And Dementedpixie is right about nudes. In fact reds work better than white too.

BernadetteRostankowskiWolowitz · 07/01/2023 17:25

She's still primary so wears thick white polo shirts and a hoodie. So white fine for now.

They have the blush one in stock

try here

But in all honesty bras all come up differently so I’d probably try a lot of different 30bs too.

I get the theory of Boob or Bust measuring but it would put me as a 30dd and I much prefer a 32d. I think when you don’t have much padding on your ribs the tightness can be uncomfortable, and if you’re a smaller cup size you don’t even need the tightness to scaffold.

Passthecake30 · 08/01/2023 22:33

If it’s for your dd, my dd wore an M&S Angel 28b followed by a 30c, there wasn’t a huge difference in the back sizes tbh.

TheLadyofShalott1 · 08/01/2023 22:43

For future reference @BernadetteRostankowskiWolowitz Miss Mary (an online shop) goes up to that size in some of their designs, and the ones I have bought from there are very comfortable. I do find them expensive though as they usually cost between £38 - £42. So I save up a bit each month, so that I can afford one when I need it. I hope your ebay one fits you well and is comfortable - I used to get Evans ones, but I didn't like the quality or fit (or comfort) which is why I searched out Miss Mary instead.
