Aging , Acne prone dry skin

I am looking for some recommendations - it seems I am peri menopausal and my skin is taking the hit . It’s now extremely dry and very spotty - can anyone suggest some good skin care products that would help ?

I'm perimenopausal and had frustrating hormonal spots. I've discovered that for me it was actually a symptom of anaemia - since have iron infusions my skin has looked better than it has in years.

Thanks for replying - how did you find out you were anaemic ? Trying to get a doctors appointment (my skin isn’t my only issue) but finishing it near on impossible!
