Tubing mascara

I love Clinique Lash Power mascara, but it's a bit out of budget for me at the moment. I could do it if I had to but I'm wondering if something cheaper would do the same job.

Is anyone able to recommend an alternative that will do a similar job, but for (ideally) under a tenner?

Someone on here once suggested Collection Lash Surge. Ive used it ever since!

Boots No.7 Stay Perfect I think it’s called is pretty good
