It won't make the you look like you're 10 years younger or have had a facelift, no.
But they're nice and relaxing and will help with lymphatic drainage/puffiness etc.

I won't bother then 😁 I just rub an ice cube on my eyes if they're puffy!

Yes and yes. I am very regular in my usage though and rather firm with it.
