Hair dye disaster

So annoyed. I wanted to go dark brown but I’ve ended up with black hair. It’s just not for me. It looks great with my pale skin👀 Is there anything I can do to help strip the black a bit? Any shampoos or tips🥲

Head and shoulders fades dye quite quickly (a tip an old hairdresser gpfriend gave me when my hair turned out almost black one time) but there are dye remover products you can buy. If you Google ‘boots hair dye remover’ they sell a couple of different products, I’m sure I read the reviews of one that said it worked well. Good luck.

Many years ago a colleague rang me in tears "I've dyed my hair black and I look like a witch!" - she was utterly distraught.

She didn't. She looked like Madonna in the Like A Prayer video.
