Selling clothes online

Hi all,

I have had a large clear out of my clothes since having my DS and am in the process of putting them up for sale on Vinted. I used eBay a few years ago to sell clothes and it was successful but I have heard that vinted is usually better.

However, because I have so many clothes to sell, I wondered if anyone knows of a website that you can send them to for someone else to sell and keep some of the profit?

I've heard of this for baby clothes but wasn't sure if there was a version for adults?

Thanks!

I got fed up of eBay with the seller fees etc a while ago. Vinted is very easy to use and I’ve sold quite a lot of stuff - HOWEVER you have to be prepared to sell at a very low price! I’ve sold dresses etc for around £3-£5, many new with tags. I have made over £200 recently. I’m now taking stuff down off the site which has not sold and am taking to charity as I’m not selling items less than £2! You do have to have plenty of packaging available and be prepared to go back and forth to drop off items to the local shop which uses Evri or Yodel couriers usually. People tend to go for these as they are cheaper options to Royal Mail.
I wouldn’t think you would end up with much profit if you got someone else to sell for you.

You could try a dress agency, if there is one fairly local to you.
You could try selling on Facebook, but I've not tried.

I'd sell them on ebay as a bundle, if they are only likely to go for £1 or something.

There are places that pay for clothes by weight, which probably is quite good for items like good but dated heavy coats, but horrible otherwise.
