Has anybody tried this? A mystery bag for £29.95?
I’ve fancied a Roka backpack for a while but haven’t quite decided. They have this offer just now but I’m aware it could go disastrously wrong.

Can confirm I’m nothing to do with Roka but I think this is by far and away my most successful thread!! Love my backpack, am considering a second!

Early today they said its on the way. But I haven't had the "picked" email, or anything from the courier or the updated status on Shop. This afternoon I thought I'd try another lucky dip with a different email address as an experiment. It's updated all 3 notifications this evening and I'll receive the new order tomorrow accordingto the courier. So now I feel like they just fobbed me off with "you'll get it tomorrow" without actually chasing up the order number because even if they dispatched it without notifying me I think the courier would have updated me that they have it.
Bit annoyed, will be a bit more forthright and less polite about chasing it up tomorrow. And now I run the risk of getting 3 identical bags instead of 2!

I have submitted a return request - let's see if it works .
It came up as if I was returning
a lavender but I have flamingo - fingers crossed it will be ok.
I have got so swept up in the thread I intend to wait until pay day and then get one in a colour I will use to death .
Great marketing effort by Roka !

I wonder if Roka are aware of this thread....... where are my bags Roka????!!!! I really want to love this brand but so far I'm a bit peeved. I know 5 days isn't long to wait fid a delivery in the grand scheme of things but everyone else, my second order included, comes next day, I can't help but feel my order has got lost in the system

@Santiagopink what a pigsty they've made of this for you. I'm sorry, everybody else is having a great time on the thread enjoying the experience and you've been left with poor service that's just not fair

If I were you, I would wait until the bags arrived then I'd be sending a very strongly worded email to their customer service. Mistakes happen but it doesn't mean you should lose out on the experience. They should offer you an apology. I really hope you don't end up with something you wouldn't have chosen yourself...

There are no seller fees on vinted! And I find it much easier than ebay.

I'm happy with any colour, especially now I'll have 3. Not keen on the cross body bags though.
But it did annoy me that they blatantly lied by saying "one of the items was out of stock". I mean, just send anything!!! It's not like the sale was finished. And now I'm pretty certain they didn't even look up my order or highlight it to the packers in any way otherwise the courier would have received both this evening. Grrrrrr...
Might email them now to chase it up rather than wait until tmrw

Jeez, I just popped onto Vinted! There are loads. I'm sure they'll sell at cost, but some on there are taking the rip a little bit asking £50-£60.

Hi again. I've still not had any update from you, or the courier or on the Shop app.
Interestingly, I placed another order this afternoon using a different email address and different payment card (after the cut off time for next day delivery I might add) and the courier now has this second order and will deliver tomorrow, plus I received the email from you confirming this and from the courier, and the notification from Shop.
So now I am convinced that my first order of 2 lucky dips has definitely been lost in the system somewhere and is not on the way as promised.

Please can you look up my order and make sure it gets dealt with.
I am following a discussion on Mumsnet about the lucky dip sale which has been extremely popular with a lot of users so I know that a large number of people that ordered after me have already received their bags. I don't understand why I'm not receiving the same excellent service as them, and it particularly stings seeing as I have now paid for 3 bags!
I'd really appreciate if you could resolve this.

@Puffalicious how many can you see on vinted? I don't know if I am searching right as can't see that many.
Agree some people chancing their arm, obviously most have came from the lucky dip otherwise they would return, I guess a return is 5.00 though which might put people off.
I placed a bid on 2 on ebay and then both sellers ended the listing! Maybe I am not meant to have one.

I do feel the need for a season 2 of some other lucky dip product to get me through the rest of January!

I got a Finchley A in emerald but would prefer a bantry B backpack (not C - the buckle one). Would consider swap for a colour I like (not lavender, or pink - sorry!)
