Puffy eyes!!

Any recommendations to reduce my really puffy under eyes? My skin is otherwise ok but my eyes are so awful. I am not a great sleeper so that is something I know I need to change.

Yes you probably do need a good run of sleeps. Maybe also try some lymphatic drainage with a cold roller ball or teaspoon over and under your eyes each morning and evening. The capillaries will tighten and give the appearance of less puffiness.

Be careful using creams containing hyaluronic acid around your eyes, it san make them puffy as it attracts water to plump the skin.

My daughter gave me a cold rollerball thing - will try that later!

I came back to this, although was following several “puffy eye” threads.

I’ve been using burts bees eye cream for two months, pretty pleased with the results - not exactly youthful but I am 58 this year so can’t expect too much!

@Puffyeye
Which one, out of interest? Your photos are quite convincing!
I'm so fed up of my baggy eyes 😂

This is the one, not cheap at £17 but lasts a couple months

I follow 'yourmategingerkate' on instagram. She seems to focus on natural skincare and she rrecommended a little bit of caster oil and then a thin cucumber slice on each eye. Her results were amazing. Might be worth a go?

For me, not too much salt and not week 1 of my cycle - like clockwork my very honest colleagues tell me I look tired every 3 weeks 🤣 logically diuretics should help e.g. dandelion tea. I might give it a go.

Not too much salt
Reduce your sugar and processed food intake too
Consistently drink water at least 1.5l each day
