Redoing hair / make up for evening

What do you do if you are going out in the evening but have already done make up hair for days.

Do you take make up off and start again or just refresh it and change to an evening look it and what about hair. Restyle it?

I washed and dried hair this morning and have foundation, mascara eyeliner and creme blusher on.

Usually I just get a shower and re do hair make up from scratch.

Depends on what sort of day I've had and if I'm at home or straight from the day.
I'd probably just top up/refresh make up and hair.

Depends on how fancy I need to be. Super fancy, shower and start again.

Usually, I just touch up my foundation on my tone and repowder (oily skin), add eyeliner (don't usually wear during the day) and a darker lipstick colour

I do tend to redo my make up (take it all off first) but wouldn't bother with my hair.
