I bought some trousers from them in the sale. They were supposed to be £79 and I got them for £29. I loved the shape and thought they’d be great for work. Well they arrived and they’re awful - there is no way they were ever worth £79 and they definitely aren’t worth £29. Cheap cheap material and really shoddily made. Obviously I should have checked them out properly but the reviews were all great.
I’m now trying to return them - which isn’t free! I’m an idiot.
Avoid this brand.

I've heard this about S&S before. They look so nice but they're really expensive and supposedly really not worth it.

I have quite a few things from S&S and have been really pleased with everything. I’m sorry you’ve had a shit experience.

I bought some wide leg trousers which looked fine but washed very badly. My M and S trousers were better at half the price.

I should have known better. Awful.
