Please help me find a dress!

Going to spend NY with some friends. We were going to do black tie but have decided against it (not my decision!) So think we are going nice dressy but not OTT. I don't think I have anything suitable. I need a nice dress, I've been ill for a week and have impetigo. I look like shit. I need a great dress.

I'm a redhead, suit jewel colours or pale pink. Could do black I suppose. I'm a size 10. Budget I guess anything up to 100, could go to 150 if I absolutely had to.

I need some inspiration.

God i really like the Anthropolgie one. Braver than I'd normally go but I really like it
