If you’re overwhelmed with everything why don’t you get out all the products you have and split them into groups such as;
Hair treatments
body moisturiser/ scrubs etc
face treatments / masks
daily face products Ie serum
evening / night ie oils and masks
nail treatment, hand masks & varnishes

have a little box for each group and strategically work your way through each product, some groups you’ll use every day and some groups use once / twice a week.
You’ll then get to fully test out each product and see what you really like and what makes you feel good. Anything you’re not keen on using again then give away to a friend or bin, so you’re not tempted to just leave it unused in the cupboard.

having everything split into groups will make it easier to see what you have but also make it easier to see what to use each day and what to save for weekly / monthly use and help get into more of an organised routine

Why not do one more thing every two weeks or so than you normally do and that way you won’t be overwhelmed and can make it more sustainable for example, hair masque once every two weeks, pedicure every two weeks and so on. Maybe even alternate the every two weeks so one week you are doing the hair masque and the next the pedicure if you get my drift.

Following with interest.

Had a shitty last few months of the year and have absolutely let myself go! Doesn't help that I have the horrible cold that's going round at the moment.

I feel (and look) like the pigeon lady from home alone.

Thanks for replies! Spent time last night making piles of stuff as recommended above.

so my list

daily (am and pm):
cleanse, serum, moisturiser, eye cream

Daily (am) shower, exfoliate, moisturise

weekly hair treatment, face mask

six weeks , nails and body waxing

does this sound complete? What have I forgotten??

Top down: professional stuff
hair - trim and colour every six weeks
eyebrows - tint every three weeks
facial - as often as I can afford (usually only twice a year)
Botox - twice a year
fillers - once a year
teeth - yearly hygienist
body - massage when I can afford it

Bottom up: stuff I do at home
feet: weekly pedicure without any varnish. Varnish I do at the salon. At home I scrub off any gross skin with the foot file, trim the nails, remove cuticles and apply foot cream
body: moisturiser every night in bed. I can do this half asleep so it requires zero effort
hands: keep nails short and cuticle free also hands well moisturised. Use Dior mail glow to make them look pretty
face: twice a day cleanse, tone, apply Estée Lauder ANR then eye cream then face cream
hair: wash every two days and dry with babyliss big hair thing
