I use PP a fair bit but haven't tried NA or EV.
I listened to a podcast recently where they compared a couple of dupe fragrance companies with the original. Perfume Parlour came out on top almost all of the time, with a good percentage of people even preferring it to the original.
They use a process called gas-liquid chromatography which analyses a fragrance and identifies its ratio of component parts which then makes it easy to recreate.
I think this is what makes PP able to most accurately produce good dupes. The ones I have used have been 95% accurate to my ( fairly good) nose. In some cases I prefer them to the original.
They also cover a lot of fairly niche scents, whereas Noted Aromas and The Essence Vault seem to just do the big hitting, high street fragrances along with some popular outliers like Le Labo Santal 33.
