Has anyone tried this for thread veins? I have a few on my face which have become more visible with aging. This was recommended by my Botox practitioner but I would love to hear from people who have actually tried it. TIA

I had a course of 3 to sort out thread veins and some diffuse redness left over from rosacea. It is brilliant. My complexion is uniformly even-toned and bright - I don’t feel the need to wear foundation.
The veins around my nose blanched, went purple then gradually disappeared over a few weeks. Skin a bit sandpapery for a few days after treatment but nothing majorly flaky. You need to be extra diligent with spf.
I had my treatments a month apart.

Thank you @DameDoom! The idea of being able to go foundation-less is the dream Smile

I had one session of IPL on some broken veins and redness on my cheek. It worked pretty instantly on me and made a massive improvement. I probably need to give them a second blast but I was super happy with the results from just one treatment.

Wow just one session @schmalex! That's great to hear. I'm going to go for it in January then. I have a fairly large spidery thread vein on my cheek and I hate it. Hopefully I will have successful results too 🤞🏻

@BlessedBeTheFruitShoots just came across this. How did your treatment go? Thinking about getting this done. Would love to go foundation free.

I had Lumecca and it’s brilliant, after 1 session I had great results and removed most of my age spots and sun damage including red veins around nose, however even using consistently a 50suncream, the spots came back a year after lighter but came back, two years later they were the same as when before the treatment. This time I had Lumecca again and also subscribed to dermatica(first order I have paid £2.90 using a link https://www.dermatica.co.uk/referrer/NE5Q4G

I have skipped some orders/subscriptions and wasn’t really consistent with dermatica however this time, after a year, no one age spot/melisma came back. I will be using dermatica forever now and if needed I will have Lumecca again.
