budge proof eyeliner

Not the first time I've made a thread about this, but I'm still looking for a pencil/felt tip eyeliner to use on top lid that doesn't end up halfway down my face. Any recommendations for a product that stays put?

I have used Bodyshop Eyeliner Liquid (£9) for years and years and I have no complaints.

I brought the hourglass one this year, it's the best one I have, it doesn't move.
Sometimes I put it on with a liner brush to get a thiner line,

Lindyloo57, Is hourglass a brand? Or is it a line in an existing brand, I've not heard of it before.

i have really oily eyelids and have tried loads of liners. The best by a mile is Eyeko.

NYX is good. I use the liquid eyeliner and it just doesn't budge. In order to take it off you need eye makeup remover such as Nivea not micellar water. On a night out or a long day it is excellent.

Hourglass is a brand. I've used their liners - I agree they are good

Urban decay 24/7 ones are also budgeproof on me

Rimmel scandaleyes is waterproof and a good budget option

Before spending a fortune try the Collection one. It’s about £3 and the best I’ve ever used. And I’ve tried everything from Chanel to NARS etc.

@DelphiniumBlue its the hourglass voyeur waterproof one, it really works, I've tried so many, this is the best.

Victoria Beckham satin kajal liner pencils work really well for me. They are VERY soft so you can smudge them if you want (you can smudge so much they work as eyeshadow) but once they have dried on they do not move. Not on me at any rate.

Sadly, it smudges on me giving me panda eyes.
It's hard because I prefer the slightly smudgy effect that you get from a pencil liner, but I only want it to smudge where I put it, on my eyelids and not below my eyes. Liquid liner gives a harsher effect that doesn't look so great with wrinkles and lines!
I'm tempted by the Hourlglass gel liner, but one of the reviews online says it smudges a lot. Think I'll try the Eyeko one.

Vieve liquid liner is excellent

I'm in my 60s with wrinkles and oily eyelids (attractive huh). Most eye stuff smudges all over the place, but Urban Decay eye liner pencils don't budge.

Pixi eye pencil is the best I’ve ever had.

It goes on nice and soft but then doesn’t smudge. Lots of colours too. I have black cocoa which is a very very dark brown, more flattering than jet black.

I have pixi pencil eyeliner, it smudges within 10 minutes on me.

the Eyeko felt tip one is the only one that doesn’t budget for me. Scandaleyes, Stila, Wunder all smudge.

i love the Victoria Beckham Satin Kajal. I put them on by rubbing an eyeliner brush on the pencil tip and then using the brush to apply. If I use HD powder under my eye they don’t smudge for a good few hours.

I find Laura Geller kajal very good.
