Dermal fillers

I've booked in to have dermal fillers for my nasolabial lines in January.

I've never had any injectables before and I am so, so nervous.

Has anyone had nasolabial filler before? Did you like the result? I'm really worried that the filler will look really unnatural or migrate.

I've had it alongside other mid face fillers. No migration issues at all. There was a little bit of a lump (I could feel it - you couldn't see it) for a few days afterwards.
Have been trying to find some before and after photos for you but it's v hard to see the difference in photos. It got rid of the 'shadow' that was pulling my face down. So just looked a lot brighter.
Are you booked to have it already? Are they a doctor?

Thanks a lot for the reply and sharing your experience.
I'm booked in with a Harley Street doctor that travels to a clinic in my city once a week. Not as expensive as you would think, actually.
I have a few other wrinkles but it's these ones that are really bothering me!

Sounds great. Try not to worry. They'll do this all the time and you'll be in safe hands if anything should go wrong (which is extremely unlikely).
Take a little stress ball with you for when you're there. I find it helps - or sometimes they'll have them too.

I'm really interested in this...come back with your experience and before & after pics @strawberrysea !

I’ve got them. It doesn’t take the line away completely but it looks great.

MandaLynn · 20/12/2022 18:50

@strawberrysea could I ask how much they are?

£250 which isn't cheap but it's a lot cheaper than I was expecting!

Oh wow. Much less than I was expecting.
