Looking for some filler advice / reassurance from those who have had it. I had first time tear trough filler 1 week ago. Reputable clinic / doctor (specialist in filler complications so know I'm in good hands). Feeling a bit underwhelmed by my results. Have you found you needed a top up of filler / tweaks made?
One side looks like it just needs a little more (he put less here as it was my 'good' side). The other side had more hollowing + a slight bag looks better at rest i.e fuller / less dark but when I smile the improvement is minimal. The bag is still appearing, slightly less but still there. I also still get a sort of shelving on top of my cheek i.e there isn't a smooth transition from the under eye to the cheek - this issue existed before the filler but I was hoping it would improve this.
Have you found you needed a review apt? I contacted the clinic today to ask for a review and the office manager isn't v friendly so I didn't get any reassurance about 'this being normal / tweaks are often needed' etc. I have to wait to 4th January for the review as I was told this week would be too soon.
