Love Leggings sizing

I am going to buy some of their treggings for work. (I know they aren't stylish)!

I am in between sizes and I'm wondering if I should size up or down. Does anyone know what their sizing is like? Reviews don't say

They are good leggings. I ordered some that were too small. I think I called customer service. They were helpful,I would advise that.

I would size up

Thanks both, I will maybe just order one pair in a size up. They say they are strong support which makes me think they may be on the right side, so will probably size up. Calling customer services might be a good shout too, thanks
