Joules returns

I have a Joules jumper that was given to me recently as a birthday present. I've worn it a couple of times, washed it once (carefully), and it is now a bobbly, shrunken mess. It was bought before Joules went into administration. Does anyone know what is happening with Joules returns at the moment? Is there any point in me contacting them? It wasn't a cheap jumper, about £75, but such terrible quality. No wonder they've been struggling!

I ordered some wellies from there, I sent them back and literally a day later it was announced they were in administration! I still got my refund though, no issue at all.

I don't know whether this is of any help - it came after a recent order of mine, which bearing in mind all the issues with delivery arrived bang in time.

Joules quality has been dire for ages.

I've always found the quality hit and miss, but this really is terrible. Barely fit to be worn outside the house for anything other than gardening, after one wash! Looks like it might be worth an email to customer services, thanks all
